Admissions Process
Follow these steps to enroll in your desired program:
- Complete the Online Application
- Interview with the Admissions Director (via Zoom)
- Take and Pass the Entrance Test (Basic English & Math – link emailed after applying)
- Receive Your Acceptance Letter
- Upload Required Enrollment Documents
- Sign the Enrollment Agreement & Student Handbook (via student portal)
- Make a Deposit to Secure Your Seat
- Begin Your Classes on the Scheduled Start Date

Application Process
- All applicants are required to submit a completed application form with personal details, providing proof of high school diploma or equivalent, including:
- Personal information (name, address, contact details)
- Emergency contact information
- Educational background (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Previous healthcare experience (if any).
- All applicants are required to provide the following documents:
- Photo ID
- Proof of high school diploma or equivalent
- Immunization records (including TB test results)
- Applicants must undergo a physical examination and provide a letter from their primary physician that indicates medical clearance.
- All applicants will be called to attend an interview with the program coordinator to discuss their motivations and suitability for the course.
- After the student has been accepted to the program, all applicants will be required to pay full or partial payment to secure the spot in the training course and enroll.
Entrance Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, OR pass pre-entrance exam with 100% score
- TB test within the past 12 months
- COVID test
- Physical examination with medical clearance letter
- U.S. citizenship or residency
- At least 16 years old
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, ID, Driver’s License)
- Health insurance (requested but not required)

Class Schedule Overview
NAT Program: Starts monthly – 5 weeks
Weeks 1–4: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Week 5 (Clinical): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
HHA Program: 3-week duration
